Terms of use
Last updated: 27 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between TripleDeep Ltd. (טריפלדיפ בע״מ), company number 517030532 ("TripleDeep"), and the company that uses Movilo (the "customer"). Opening an account, starting a trial or using the service means accepting these terms. Anyone using the service on the customer's behalf confirms they may bind it.
1. The service
Movilo is an online system for managing jobs, fleets, equipment, drivers and documents, made up of an office system on the web and a driver app (the "service"). What the customer can use depends on the plan and add-ons it chose. TripleDeep may improve and change the service; removing a material capability from a paid plan will be announced 30 days in advance.
2. Accounts and users
- The customer decides which of its staff, drivers and subcontractors get access and in which role, and is responsible for what they do in the service.
- The customer keeps passwords confidential and tells TripleDeep at once of any unauthorised use.
- The number of office users, of vehicles and machines, and of active drivers is limited by the plan. Drivers are not counted as office users.
3. Trial
A new account gets a 30-day free trial, unless agreed otherwise. If it does not move to a paid plan by the end of the trial, the account stays view-only for 14 days and is then locked. Data is kept and deleted as set out in the privacy policy.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are as published on movilo.co or as agreed in writing with the customer, per month and in shekels, and exclude VAT.
- Payment is in advance, monthly or yearly, through TripleDeep's payment provider. A yearly plan is 10 months' price for 12 months.
- Vehicles or machines beyond the plan's limit, drivers beyond the plan agreed with TripleDeep, and add-ons the customer chose, are charged per the price list.
- TripleDeep may change prices with 30 days' notice. A yearly plan already paid will not cost more before the year ends.
- If a payment is late, TripleDeep may, after 14 days' notice, limit the account to view-only or suspend it.
- Payments are not refunded for part of a period, unless the law requires otherwise.
5. Fair use
Delivery note scanning and new jobs with AI are offered for fair use — the normal use of a company the customer's size. If use is truly exceptional, TripleDeep may contact the customer, temporarily limit it, or offer a suitable plan.
6. The customer's obligations
- To use the service lawfully and only for its legitimate business.
- To enter only information it is entitled to enter, and to give its staff and drivers the notices the law requires — including about attendance records and the location sent at the start and end of a shift.
- Not to upload unlawful, offensive or harmful content, and not to try to break into, overload, copy or reverse-engineer the service.
- Not to sell or pass on access to the service to anyone else.
7. The customer's data
The data the customer and its staff enter belongs to the customer. The customer allows TripleDeep to process it only to provide the service, support and security. Processing follows the privacy policy and the data processing appendix at the end of these terms.
8. AI and automatic filling
Reading photographed notes, creating jobs from a message or a recording, and checking weights are aids that suggest values. They can be wrong. The customer is responsible for checking every value before saving it and before any use of it — billing, paying a driver or subcontractor, a report or a document. TripleDeep is not liable for harm caused by a value saved without checking.
9. Documents, reports and accounts
Reports, statements, PDF and Excel files and other documents the customer produces from the service are the customer's documents, and the customer is responsible for their content and their use with its customers, suppliers and authorities. TripleDeep is not a party to the customer's dealings, gives no legal, accounting or tax advice, and the service does not replace a document the law requires to be produced in a particular way.
10. Third-party services
Some features rely on other companies' services — such as WhatsApp, email services, navigation apps, the app stores and Microsoft. Their availability and terms are outside TripleDeep's control, and TripleDeep is not liable for their faults or changes.
11. Availability and support
TripleDeep will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and working, and backs up data, but does not promise uninterrupted, fault-free service. Maintenance will be planned for quiet hours where possible. Support is by email at movilo@tripledeep.io.
12. Intellectual property
The service, software, design and marks of Movilo belong to TripleDeep. The customer receives a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for the term of the engagement. TripleDeep may use improvement suggestions the customer sends without obligation.
13. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's business information received under the engagement confidential and use it only for the engagement, except information that was public or that the law requires to be disclosed.
14. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows: TripleDeep is not liable for indirect, consequential or special damage, for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data, or for damage caused by the customer's use, data it entered, or a third party. TripleDeep's total liability on any ground will not exceed what the customer paid for the service in the 12 months before the event.
15. Indemnity
The customer will indemnify TripleDeep for any damage and reasonable expense, including legal fees, arising from a third party's claim over data the customer entered, its use of the service contrary to these terms, or its breach of the law — provided TripleDeep told it of the claim and allowed it to defend.
16. Term and termination
- On a monthly plan either party may end the engagement by notice, effective at the end of the paid month. On a yearly plan — at the end of the paid year.
- Either party may end it at once if the other commits a material breach and does not cure it within 14 days of notice.
- On termination, the customer may ask within 30 days for an export of its data. After that, data is deleted as set out in the privacy policy.
17. Changes to these terms
TripleDeep may update these terms. Material changes will be sent to the customer by email or in the service 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that is acceptance.
18. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel only, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction.
19. General
These terms, with the privacy policy and any written quote, are the whole agreement between the parties. The customer may not assign its rights without TripleDeep's written consent. Notices go to the customer's email in the service, and to TripleDeep at movilo@tripledeep.io. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in force.
Appendix — Processing of personal data
This appendix applies when TripleDeep processes personal data for the customer. The customer controls the data (in the European Union, the "controller"), and TripleDeep holds and processes it (the "processor").

- Audit: on a reasonable written request, TripleDeep will give the customer the information needed to show compliance with this appendix.
- GDPR: where the customer is subject to the GDPR, this appendix is the contract required by its Article 28 and is to be read accordingly.
